G.I. Hist Support is a formula designed to assist patients who have trouble processing external sources of histamine rich foods and nutritional elements. This formula is especially helpful for those with genetic weaknesses in A01C (Diamine Oxidase), the main enzyme responsible for the degradation of ingested histamine.*
A key active ingredient in G.I. Hist Support is porcine-derived diamine oxidase (DAO), and research suggests that DAO derived from porcine kidney appears to have identical action to DAO derived from porcine intestine. - Other Ingredients: Vegetable Cellulose (capsule), Microcrystalline Cellulose, Ascorbyl Palmitate and Silicon Dioxide.

Free of: Wheat, gluten, yeast, soy, dairy products, fish, shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts, egg, ingredients derived from genetically modified organisms (GMOs), artificial colors, artificial sweeteners or artificial preservatives.
Adults take 1-2 capsules no more than 15 minutes before the consumption of histamine-rich foods.
Children take one capsule no more than 15 minutes before the consumption of histamine-rich foods or take as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
As a daily maintenance support product, take 2 capsules in AM and 2 capsules in PM.
